Daniel and Siti Starling are the husband-and-wife team behind SMS Group WA — a proudly family-owned and operated business based in Geraldton, delivering reliable solutions across the Midwest, Gascoyne and throughout Western Australia.
What began as Daniel’s vision to build a dependable mechanical business has grown into a trusted multi-service company, providing mechanical, auto electrical, transport, heavy haulage, plant hire, civil earthworks, vegetation management, tyre services and 24/7 field support.
Daniel is the driving force behind the day-to-day operations, leading from the front with a hands-on approach and a strong belief that no job should ever be done by halves. His commitment to quality workmanship, honest service and supporting local industry has shaped the reputation SMS Group WA is known for today.
Working alongside him is Siti, who keeps the business running behind the scenes. From administration, HR and compliance to customer service and business operations, she ensures the team has everything they need to deliver the high standard of service clients have come to expect.
Outside of work, Daniel and Siti are proud parents to five children. Family is at the heart of everything they do, and when they’re not busy running the business, you’ll usually find them spending time with their kids, catching up with friends, enjoying the outdoors or making the most of everything regional Western Australia has to offer.
